I cannot get eM Client to boot up. It gives me an "eM Client.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" message. What can I do?
In order to fix this issue, I suggest you uninstall the application using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature and after that download and install (using the serial key received when you purchased the software) a new copy. After the removing process is completed, try running AdwCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys in your system.
