Open glossary in the new version.

I installed the newest upgrade for Instant Text V Pro. I'm unable to use the glossaries. It seems that perhaps there are so many entries in my primary glossary that nothing comes up. I had been using the program for years without any problems. I did a restore to my computer and that turned it back to the older version, but after I shut down the computer, it reloaded the newest version. Is there a way to fix this problem?

It's possible that since you have upgraded the product to the newest version, all your settings were restored to default. It's possible that you need to add the glossaries to the active glossary list before you can access them with the Ctrl + one digit key combination. To do this, you can use the Load command from the glossary menu. If you still have difficulties with the program, visit the official forum for further support.
