When I type my password on Cisco download page, it says that something is wrong. I don't know why. Can you help?
You can reset the password for your account using the Cisco website. This is the recommended way when you have problems accessing your account. Visit the website and use the Forgot password? page to retrieve your password. There is also the possibility your subscription has expired.
