In order to fix this issue, go to Start, type devmgmt.msc and open the utility. Locate the QoolqeeK device, right-click on its driver and click Uninstall. After that, restart your computer, open the Device Manager again and click the Scan for hardware changes icon. Windows will automatically find and install the MP3 drivers.
