As you can see on the official web page, you need to log in to the Symantec Licensing Portal with your SymAccount and to follow the on-screen steps. If you forgot your account password, click the Forgot your password? and enter in the empty field your email address associated with your SymAccount profile. Press Submit and you will receive and email with your password details.
