Adobe Flash Player is installed but it doesn't appear activated.

It is installed but it doesn't appear activated. I want to get the latest version of Adobe Flash Player because the current version is not working on my computer. I'm using MSN and Windows XP. I have done everything recommended by MSN and Adobe troubleshooter without success. Can you help?

1)re installing the software.
2)Restart the system.
3)Check whether the add-on is enabled in internet explorer by the tools->add on menu.

Select your operating system if it is not automatically detected, click the yellow Install now button, save the file to your computer and install the utility following the on-screen instructions.
