Why this is not opening? I entered the user ID and password but still it's not opening.

These clients are based on the NET Framework to work properly. Before installing and using it, make sure that you have the latest version of the framework installed. Once the framework is installed, install the latest client of the Ring2Phone and it will work without problems.
