I need to read Arabic files in my computer and I thought this program will help me to do so, but how can I download it?
The True Type Open Fonts pack is not available anymore. You can visit Google Input Tools to download the Arabic layout and engine. Visit the website, tick the Arabic item and then download and install it. It will be added to your local keyboards. You can switch between languages using Left Alt + Left Shift.
