I purchased an OEM Windows XP OS disk and had a tech person install it for me the first time - in which he had said he had problems at the time with the product key that was included with it. He was able to get it working though and I have since had the validation programs in the Microsoft sites validate it since then without a problem. Well, my system crashed and I'm trying to re-install. It is again now telling me the product key is invalid - I triple checked the key and it matches the key that came with the disk - 25 digit code. I was looking at your product here and was trying to figure out how it could help me and not sure what I would need to do as your product says that it extracts the product code from the computer, but without the computer being able to log into windows, how would I use the program to access a folder / file? I am contacting you on a separate computer using a different OS. Can you help me out with this issue?

You should contact Microsoft because the key may have expired or reached its number of activations. This happens with all Microsoft cd-keys. Contact Microsoft, explain the situation, and you will be given another key for your version of Windows.
