Email is being sent from my Mac to my contacts without me doing it. Do I have a virus? How do I stop it?

Although it is unlikely to get a virus on a Mac, it is not impossible. I recommend you to use monitoring and control software for your Internet and network activity, such as NetMine. If you are being hacked, it is a good idea to change your password, before somebody else does that.
