I can't see anything on my cam .It's just a black screen. What can I do?
You need to check the installation of your webcam. Go to Start > Run and type devmgmt.msc. Make sure that there is no yellow or red sign attached to devices. Alternatively, try to reinstall the drivers and confirm any unsigned driver installation.
