My Picasa program has crashed and I can't open it anymore. Should I uninstall and reinstall it again? What will happen with all my pictures and albums?

It might be useful the content of those error reports. Fear not, thy albums should be fine. Anyway try to access your account via web.
On the other hand, uninstalling and reinstalling uses to solve many problems. Ensure there are not remainings in the registry/profile/programfiles which could bring your problem again. In case of doubt, I would recommend to use some utility like Tune Up or something like that to do a actual clean uninstall.

Nothing will happen to your pictures and albums... They will be imported back again into the library after re-installation... Don't fear and do what you want to...

Yes, you should uninstall and reinstall it again. Click Start > All Programs > Picasa > Uninstall and follow the provided instructions. When you will be asked if you want to remove the Picasa database, click No and then Finish. After that, download and install the latest version from the official webpage. Your pictures and albums will be imported to the program library automatically.
