I already have Ultimate Mahjong 10 but was notified that 15 was available but it won't let me get it. I have Vista and have been running the version 10 all the time so what's the problem?

The application is not available anymore and all the updates to this program were located on a membership area from DigitalRiver. You might need to contact the developer to obtain any information related to the downloads.
