Even if you have installed or uninstalled the application, there are obsolete registry files that prevent you from running the application. In this case, use CCleaner to clean the registry files completely from corrupted entries then reinstall the Nokia Ovi Player. It will work this way. Alternatively, access Program Files and completely delete the folder associated with the application.
