Unfortunately, Ulead - MediaStudio 7 is not available in Arabic language and you will need to use a third party tool in order to satisfy your needs. Personally, I recommend you try Google Input Tools. Navigate to the official web page, check the box next to Arabic and click Download if you agree the Google Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Install the utility, launch the Ulead application and select AR - Arabic (Saudi Arabia) from the System Tray icon:
