If I'm going to install the latest version of Realtek 8169 8168 8101E 8102E Ethernet Driver, do I need to uninstall the previous one first?

when you install the latest driver version and your system had old version, the system will ask you whether you want to change your old version or unistall it, so you follow the instructions of what you want to do.

Yes, it is recommended to uninstall the previous drivers, before installing the new ones. Usually, when you launch the new installation package, it will automatically replace the previous drivers, but I suggest you remove it manually. For this purpose, right-click on the Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. Locate the Realtek Ethernet driver, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC and install the updated driver.
