If you use Windows XP or below, you can go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. In the Currently installed programs box, click on the AcerOrbiCam program and then click Remove.
If you have Windows Vista or above you need to go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Select the AcerOrbiCam application and click on Uninstall.
After that, run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database and navigate to Acer Support page. Carefully identify your computer model, select your operating system and download and install the webcam files following the on-screen steps. As an alternative, you can use ArcSoft WebCam Companion, Debut Video Capture Software, or Active WebCam.
