In order to fix the issue, go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Bluetooth Devices, click Add and follow the provided instructions. If it still doesn't work, right-click on the Computer icon, select Manager and open Device Manager. Expand the Bluetooth devices list, right click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC and navigate to Lenovo web page. Identify your computer model, select your operating system and download and install the Bluetooth files following the provided instructions. If you still have issues, run the Fix It utility provided by Microsoft.
