I have WeatherEye version 3.0. I turned off my firewall, but the application still cannot connect to the server. Can you help?
I suggest you uninstall the application using Add or Remove Programs feature and to download and install version 4.0 from the official web page. If during the download or installation process you receive a pop-up security message, make sure that you allow the WeatherEye to run. Also, temporarily disable your antivirus program.
