If you want to uninstall the application, you need to access its uninstaller from Control Panel under Add or Remove programs or you can use an application that forces its uninstall procedure by deleting everything associated with the application. In this case you can try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
