First, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. After that, check if there is a yellow exclamation mark next to the sound card drivers. If there is an error, reinstall the drivers and reboot your PC. Also, right-click the Sound icon from System Tray and press Playback devices. Right-click anywhere in the provided tab and select Show Disabled Devices. Next, select the sound device and press the Set Default button next to Properties. After that, double click the sound device and select Use this device (enable) from the Device usage options.
