In order to fix the problem, remove the software from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run CCleaner or Glary Utilities and reboot the PC. After that, download the latest version of the program, save the file to your computer and install it following the on-screen instructions. If the issue persists, right-click on the Windows taskbar, open Task Manager and close all unnecessary applications. After that, run the Fix it utility provided by Microsoft.
If none of these helped you to fix the error, go to Start, type regedit and open the utility. Navigate to HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE > System > CurrentControlSet > Control > Session Manager > SubSystems, click the Windows item and from the Edit menu select String. Now, all you need to do is to increase the SharedSection parameter that uses xxxx,yyyy or xxxx,yyyy,zzzz format. If you're using Windows NT, add ",256" or ",512" after the yyyy number. If you're running on a 32-bit platform, increase the yyyy value to "12288" and the zzzz to "1024". For 64-bit operating systems, you need to set the yyyy value to "20480" and the zzzz value to "1024".
