I can't use it due to an error.

I tried to use MSN BackUp, but I received "Some content was not installed. Please try again later to install the remaining content". I get this error every time I try to restore the files. I use Windows Live Messenger 2009. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, try updating the software to the latest version. Once you save the file to your computer, extract the installation package using WinRAR or WinZip, launch it and install it over the current version of the program.
