I cannot get this software running.

I tried to install this software and use it. I tried to log in, but it looks like the www.ezsino.com does not exist. I am in the US. When I Googled the website, I couldn't find it. I could only see http://ezsino-pinyin.software.informer.com. Does this company have a customer service department or a phone number so I can talk to someone?

Indeed, the website of the developer no longer exists. That was the official page for getting customer support but since it does not exist anymore, you can't use it. I believe Software Informer does not offer support for applications, because it's just a software indexing website.
