Is it allright to uninstall DISCover?

Can someone tell me if it is alright to uninstall this program. I do not play games on my computer and have no idea how this got on my pc. It is causing a runtime error that states "This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way, please contact support". It is a DISCover .exe file and I cannot find support for it. Can anyone out there help me?

This was an application for Delphi developers. If you have problems with it, you can remove it without having an impact on your system's functionality. If you can't remove it via the classical way, try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
