ZoneAlarm Pro problems.

I was advised that ZoneAlarm Pro update was available and I downloaded it. My problems started after that. In order to finish the process, I rebooted my computer and then it took 11 minutes to complete and 9 minutes to shut down. I tried two times with the same results. I then uninstalled ZoneAlarm Pro and re-installed it from the back up disc. Rebooting was then normal and likewise shutting down. Now I get "True Vector Internet Monitor has one or more drivers with known incompatibility with this version of Windows. Check software vendor for drivers to obtain a compatible version prior to installing the software" message. I can't get rid of this notice. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, remove the ZoneAlarm Pro software from your computer using the uninstall utility provided by the developers. After that, run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys or toolbars in your system.
