How can I change Internet Explorer language?

To add a language: 1.) open Internet Explorer 2.) Click Tools and then Internet Options 3.) Click Languages on the General Tab 4.) Click Add and select a language from the list and then click OK. Installing languages will make only those languages available in websites and the Address bar. To change IE menus and buttons, you need to install IE version written in the language you prefer.

Open the browser and go to Tools > Internet Options. Select the General tab and click the Languages button below Appearance. Press Add, select the desired language from the list and click OK. After that, select again the language and click the Move up option. Press OK and restart the browser. For further information, check the Microsoft Support page.
