AD FullCap camera is not recognized.

I purchased Sony Movie Studio 9 with AD FullCap. After I installed them and I entered the S/N, I received a "Video capturing device not found" message. It is not recognized. Can you help?

If the video capturing device is not detected, right-click My Computer/Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your computer, connect the camera using the USB cable and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. Reinstall the drivers and reboot your computer after the process is complete. This should fix it.

Note: Also, make sure you install Sony Movie Studio 9 after AD FullCap.
