In order to fix the issue, I suggest you remove the game from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run CCleaner or Glary Utilities to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and download and install it again. If you're trying to play the game online on the official web page, I suggest you press Ctrl + Shift + Delete key combination and clear all cache, cookies and temporary Internet files. After that, update your browser to the latest version and make sure that the Flash Player is enabled.
