Can I get Greek spelling corrections?

Yes! Look in the Review tab above - 34 languages are supported including greek.

Yes, but for this you will need to install the latest version of Adobe Reader and Adobe Reader XI Spelling Dictionary Pack. Once you install them, launch Adobe Reader and from the Edit menu select Check Spelling > Edit Dictionary:

After that, select Greek from the Dictionary drop-down list and press Done:
