Problems with the USB Broadband Telstra Pre Paid software.

When trying to log off the software, it will not close down. It tells me I must close USSD first. Can someone please explain?

There is an easy fix for this problem. The problem is found in the first version of the software and all users encountered it. Before disconnecting, simply click Clear and wait a moment. This will clear the device and its connections, then you can disconnect it. The USSD error is related to this procedure.
