I need to reinstall the application. How can I get a copy of my paid subscribtion?

You can reinstall the software free of charge within one year from the original date of the purchase or renewal. You need to complete the Last Name and Email fields, select your Webroot product and click the Get Software button on the Request Software & Keycode web page. You will receive an email with the product key code and complete the installation instructions.
