In order to fix the issue, I suggest you update the webcam drivers. Navigate to the official web page, click the download link and save the file to your computer. After that, right-click My Computer, select Manage and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and Imaging Devices lists, right-click the webcam driver and select Update Driver Software. Use the Browse option to navigate to the installation package, select the driver and install it following the on-screen steps. If you still have issues, I suggest you contact the Support team.
