I receive a No TV Card found message.

I receive a No TV Card found message. TV card is not detected. How to solve the problem? I need to know when LNB is not connected, whether the card is detected or not by Windows Xp. PCI card is installed properly and detected as new hardware, but device driver provided with the package is not identified by Windows XP SP2 as proper driver for the hardware.

You just need to install the drivers if it says the TV card is not found. For TV Tuners and products related, it's best to use the CD that arrived with your product.
