Firstly, use Google search engine and download and install QuickTime 3.0. From what it seems, you received an "Xtra (Quicktime)" error. This is a common issue that can be fixed. Once you download and install QuickTime 3.0, right-click the Riddle of the Sphinx launcher and select Properties. Navigate to the Compatibility tab, check Run this program in compatibility mode box and select Windows 98 from the list. Click Apply and then OK. After that, create a folder called Xtras in the Riddle of the Sphinx installation directory and move all X32 files in that folder.
