Restart your computer, press the F2 key and select System Information from the list. Check your BIOS version and go to your computer developer web page and download and install the latest updates. After that, restart again your computer, press the F10 key and enable the Biometric Device from System Configuration option. If it is still not recognized, go to Start, type Device Manager and open the utility. Double-click the Biometric device, right-click on the driver, select Update Driver Software and follow the instructions.
