There is no driver for Windows Vista for this product. In this case you might need to use the Windows XP driver, but avoid using the automated installed. Download the driver from the Skype Community forum. It's attached to one of the posts, then install it. Connect the device and then use the manual way of installing the drivers (Device Manager > Update driver) and point the installer to the install folder. Confirm the warning and you will have the product installed.
