Can anyone help me with calibration of OVT Slide/Film Scanner? The scan overexposes.

I think all people who bought the OVT Slide film scanner (mine is ION slide2PC) have the same problem : an overexposure !
Couls the technical support of OVT give an answer to this problem ???
