When I start the CSS game the following error occurs:
"Platform error: module failed to initialize"

Solved ! Found the resolution at steam support site.
This error is encountered by many users that are trying to play Counter-Strike: Source on Steam. In order to fix the issue, start Steam, navigate to Steam > Settings > In-game tab, uncheck Enable Steam Community In-Game option and press OK.
