I need to reinstall Print Creations since it will not run, but cannot get help from ArcSoft because I can't get the registration number. Does anyone have any ideas? I bought this computer three days ago and Print Creation was installed.
Usually companies and developers don't offer support for OEM pre-installed applications. They license these products to system manufacturers. You might need to contact the support service you have bought the computer from to get the information about the product.
