You need to completely remove the utility from your computer and after that to download and reinstall it. You can uninstall the application using Add or Remove Programs feature:

If you use Windows XP or bellow you can go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. In the Currently installed programs box, click on the Adobe Air program and then click Remove.
If you have Windows Vista or above you need to go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Select the Adobe Air application and click on Uninstall.

After the process is finished, reboot your computer, go to Adobe web page, click the Download Now button, save the file to your computer and install the utility.
