My EPSON Smart Panel 3.5 doesn't have the OCR feature installed. Can you help?

EPSON Smart Panel has the OCR feature installed, but is not activated. To enable this tool, you will need to purchase and install ABBYY FineReader or DanChing. The first one will cost you around 175 dollars, while the price for DanChing is about 249 dollars.
