I've been a licensed user of EZSINO CSE 2007 since May 2008. It worked OK on XP and Vista Business, but today, it failed to open on my Desktop machine which is running XP SP3. It leaves an icon on the taskbar which can only be removed by using Task Manager. I've tried restoring back to date when I knew that it was working OK, I tried repairing and reinstalling it, but the result was the same. I've also tried to set the PC calendar date back to last year without success. What should I do?

Fixed it by maximising screen size, it had been dragged to screen margin.
Could also have changed menue start position in go2china INI file to
WX=622
W
Y=96

In order to fix this problem, you should completely remove the software from your computer using Add or Remove Programs feature and install it again. Also, to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys or files of the program in your system, try running a registry cleaner from Software Informer database before reinstalling the software. After that, ensure that your security program doesn't block the program. You should add EZSINO Pinyin in the exception list of your antivirus. These should bypass your problems, but from what it seems, nowadays the application can't be used anymore because its official servers are down. You should look for an alternative solution.
