First, if you're using Windows XP or below, update Windows Installer using the package provided by the developer. If you're using Windows Vista or above, update it through Windows Update. After that, right-click on the Computer icon select Manage and open Device Manager. Expand the Disk Drives list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your PC, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait Windows to retrieve the drives. If it still doesn't work, contact the developer and request a new installation package.
