Right-click on the Computer icon, select Manage and go to Device Manager. Double-click the Disk Drives option, right click on the device and select Properties. Go to Driver tab and click the Uninstall button from below. Restart your computer, open the Device Manager, go to Action tab, click the Scan for hardware changes and follow the provided instructions. Also, I suggest you to go to Start, to type regedit and to open the utility. Navigate to HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > Class > {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} and delete the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters values. After that, reboot your computer.
