Problem when accessing help.

When I go to Word and ask for 'Help' a panel appears to say it is installing the Front Page but it never can because it keeps telling me to put in my XP Pro disc which I do not have. On the Control Panel, it shows it is one of the program installed.

This issue is encountered when the MSOCache has been deleted from your computer. Unfortunately, you will need the disc in order to properly install the HELP package. If you've had the MSOCache, the error should've been fixed by itself first time the HELP menu was accessed. To fix this error, you need to acquire an Office CD and perform a COMPLETE installation.
