The webcam on my Acer 4720z is not working.

I have an Acer 4720z laptop the Crystal Eye is not working. I can't even find it. What do I need to do to use it?

The webcam will not work until you install the required drivers and software. Visit Acer Support and locate your product then you will be able to download the drivers and software. Install those items and the functionality of your webcam will be restored.
