How to obtain this software?

I just got a new Acer Extensa 4420-5910, 4Gs of RAM and 250G HDD. Came with the Acer Crystal Eye webcam. I tried to open it from the start menu and it told me that something was wrong and I should try to uninstall and reinstall it again. I did that. How come it still won't work? Can I download it from somewhere?

It's possible that the software is outdated and incompatible with your operating system. Try to obtain a new version from Acer Support. You will find the software on the Applications tab. Make sure to select the right Windows version that is installed on your computer because if you download another driver, you will encounter errors and stability issues.
