"Failed to get information" error from Ohcastra.

I was trying to load the Ohcastra program yesterday and a window popped up saying "Confirm Service Location", with a count that went (1/30), (2/30), etc. After it reached (30/30), the window said "Failed to get information. Check your Internet connection". I uninstalled the program and I tried to download it again, but I got the same message. How can I fix it?

In order to fix the issue, temporarily disable your security program and Windows Firewall and try again to install the software. Also, you need to know that the Ohcastra servers may be temporarily down or under maintenance. In this case you will need to wait. I suggest you contact the Support team for further information.
