In order to fix the issue, go to Start, type Services and open the utility. Locate the TrueVector service in the list, select it and click the Stop the service button. After that, navigate to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall and un-check the box next to TrueVector. If this doesn't help, I suggest you contact your Internet provider or use another antivirus program from Software Informer database.
